Strength in Knowledge (ISSN: 3065-2367) is the official quarterly Professional Bulletin (PB 1918) of the U.S. Army Warrant Officer. Published by Army University Press under the auspices of the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College, this journal serves as the premier platform for professional discourse within the Warrant Officer community and technical integration across the broader Army.

Our mission is to educate the Army and foster professional discourse by providing a dedicated space where Warrant Officers can share their unique systems expertise, leadership insights, and candid advice. The journal serves as a vital forum for:

Editorial Standards
Strength in Knowledge presents professional information from authors across the Army and beyond. While the views expressed in our journal are those of the individual authors and don't necessarily reflect the official position of the Department of Defense or its elements, we maintain rigorous editorial standards. All content is reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and contribution to the professional knowledge base. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and source documentation of their material.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, with publication decisions made by our editorial board based on relevance, quality, and alignment with the journal's mission.

Publication Authority
The Secretary of the Army has determined that the publication of this periodical is necessary in the transaction of the public business as required by law. Funds for printing this publication were approved by the Secretary of the Army in accordance with the provisions of Army Regulation 25-30.
